2026 Recital Information!!

Picture Weekend & Recital Photos

Every year we set up a photo studio in the large room at DDA and take professional photos of the dancers in their recital costumes. We use these pictures in the recital program. This year every dancer will pay a $40 media fee and be sent a Dropbox link with all of all their group photos and individual photos.

Picture Day Schedule

Dates: Friday, May 8th, 2026 and Saturday, May 9th, 2026

Dancers will need their hair and make-up done (specifics will go home soon!)

  • Day of, we will have individuals available to do your dancer’s hair and make-up.

  • Pricing is $8 for hair and $8 for make-up (so hair and make-up would be $16 in total for each day).

  • Dancers who get their hair/make-up done need to arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled time.

Tickets

Tickets are $42 a piece. Parents with students in two shows will receive 2 free tickets that you can use for whichever show you choose. Ticket sales will happen ONLINE through Tututix starting at 8am on Saturday, May 16th.

In order to purchase tickets you will need an access code. To receive your access code, your account balance must be $0

  • After close of business on Friday, May 15th we will be emailing everyone whose balance is $0 their access codes. Please stop by the front desk or pay your balance through the portal in full before that date to receive your code.

  • After May 15th you will need to stop by the desk or send us an email to receive your code once you settle your account to receive your code.

Important Items

  • Recital Hair and Make-up: If your dancer will need help with hair and make-up for recital, it is $8 for hair and $8 for make-up ($16 for both!). You can sign up online and pre-pay through your account.

  • Recital T-Shirts: We are selling recital t-shirts again this year! Place your order by Wednesday, May 13th

  • Recital Program Ads: Order an ad by Wednesday, May 13th to show your dancer or a local business some support in this year’s program.

  • Recital Videos: Videos are recorded through Diacom productions - we will send out a link to order them once we receive it

Important Dates Before the Show:

  • Friday, May 15th: Ticket codes sent to accounts with $0 balance

  • Saturday, May 16th @8am: Ticket sales start online (link will be in email with code)

  • Friday, June 5th: Dress rehearsal at Lake Brantley High School (5:00pm - 7:00pm | Arrive at 4:45pm)

  • Saturday, June 6th: Show Day at Lake Brantley High School
