Students taking classes pay monthly tuition due on or before the 1st. Account holders must maintain an active credit card on file. If tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month, the card on file will be charged. If no card is on file, you must pay 3 months in advance by check or cash. A late fee of $35 will be automatically assessed at the end of each month on any outstanding charges. Our class cycle is every 4 weeks to encompass a 40 week/10 month schedule. Returned checks will incur a $45 NSF fee. Tuition is non-refundable.

Information Regarding Your Account and Making Payments
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check. We are also able to take payments over the phone for your convenience.
You are able to check your account online here (link to jackrabbit online account viewing- on homepage “View Your Account”) and view your current balance as well as previous payments and items charged on the account.
You are NOT able to make a payment online to your account.
If you would like a statement emailed to you please do not hesitate to call or email us and we will promptly send it to you. Please clarify the email address you would like the statement to be sent to.
We are also able to place you on Autobill where your designated card is charged on the first Monday of each month. If this is something you would like set up for your account please stop by the front desk and fill out the Autobill form.
